Booking Requirements:

  • Our staff will provide a thorough orientation with renter of all safety equipment, the boat operation and information about our local water ways at your check in.

  • Renter/Operator must have adequate boat operation experience to safely operate the boat. Said operator must also sign the rental agreement if they are different then the person booking the boat. (Please notify us if you have an additional or different driver so we may obtain signatures on the rental agreement) Absent multiple signatures on the rental agreement, the name on the booking must match the name of the person renting, signing rental contract, paying deposit & rental fees.

  • If your birthday is after 1-1-1988, Florida law requires a boater safety certificate. Free to obtain at: http://www.boatus.org/florida Please bring evidence with you to check in.

  • 100% Refund for Inclement weather or 72 Hour Notice. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us at 239-494–5131 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

  • Minimum age of Renter/Operator is 25. For Funship/Slide or New 2022 boats, minimum age is 30.

  • Pets: Must be under 45 lbs. (Please select pet fee while booking) Maximum 2 total pets.

  • The number of persons and total weight or your guests and equipment it strictly limited as per boat description.

  • Orientation Including a review of the Navigation Maps: Failure to stay in the channels or venturing in areas out of bounds/zone, will result in forfeiture of deposit.

  • Rental Agreement will be emailed to you upon booking and must be electronically signed within 24 hours of booking. $100 fee to sign in person or day of rental.

  • Valid Credit Card and ID must be presented at check in. $500 Deposit On A Valid Credit Card Must Be Processed on your arrival check in. Any refunds may take up to 7 days to appear on your card.
